We have over 20,000 square feet of dedicated machine shop in its own building 150 feet from the foundry. We also have our own tool and die shop, which allows us to build the best of fixtures or mold tooling and keep it all in top condition.

We are in a position to be able to offer complete in-house machining on all castings we produce. Our machine shop equipment includes banks of CNC vertical machining centers, an array of CNC lathes, and CNC horizontal machining centers.

However, not every operation requires CNC eqipment so we still maintain a conventional machining department.

Accurate machining requires rigorous inspection during setup and actual machining. Our Quality Control Department and operators form a team to ensure machining quality. The machine shop also boasts its own coordinate measuring machine, in addition to the coordinate measuring machine in our Quality Control Department. Our up-to-the-minute machine shop is at your service.
